Can I change the password for the app?
Yes, please just email ct@highfieldelearning.com A member of the team will give you a call to change this for you. Please note, we will only accept password change requests from the nominated point of contact from your business. If you are this person, you will be required to notify all your staff members that the password has been changed and what this has been changed to. Highfield do not keep a record of any passwords, therefore, please keep this safe.
