Elior is one of the largest contract caterers in the world. With facilities at more than 2,000 sites in the UK and more across Europe, it has a critical need for quality, trackable food safety and health and safety training.
The requirement
Elior required food safety and health and safety training across a large number of UK sites. It also required a structured rollout of training and detailed reporting.
Our solution
Highfield worked with Elior over a period of a year to devise, pilot and perfect a national rollout system for their training requirement. Over a period of 3 months, Highfield managed a rollout of customised food safety and health and safety training to more than 800 sites in the UK.
This was such a success that we have entered a phase of ongoing development. This will lead to a number of new and innovative e-learning products.
